That was so fast I didn’t even see it!! It takes 3 SECONDS or less for a buyer to pass over your photo listing. If you can’t grab their attention in 3 seconds then you’re out of luck!

80% of buyers search online for housing before any other search method. They have THOUSANDS of pictures to go through and time is money! It’s such a shame when your pictures don’t represent how great your property really is. Vacant pictures can’t hold a candle to staged ones!

Buyers aren’t going to take the time to imagine proportions and furniture placement when they’re looking online, and if you can’t grab their attention online then your property will miss out on most of its potential buyers.

Don’t give them time to think about it. Give them a showstopper! Give them a place that they HAVE to go see. Have your property staged before you take photos and complete your on-line listing. Deciding to “wait and see what happens” is a huge mistake in real estate. Your property only has so long while it’s still considered “hot on the market”- buyers are aware of how long your property has been listed.

Remember: Your investment in staging a property costs less than your fist price reduction. Staging increases the traffic flow to your open houses and shows off your property for all it’s worth (and more)! People are looking for pictures that POP OUT and grab their immediate attention!
