VIRTUAL HOME STAGING – ORDER
1 Take photos of your vacant property and prepare them to be sent to us. Recommendations that produce high quality (most realistic) photos are listed below.
2 Complete our order form and upload your photos using the “Order Form & Upload Photos” tab above. Be sure to read our photo upload instructions under the same tab.
3 Click on the “Complete Payment” tab to finish the transaction and receive your photos! You will receive your beautifully staged photos within 1 to 3 business days.
Photo Recommendations for Best Results
- Avoid using flash option.A� Natural (ambient) lighting works best.
- Avoid placing bright objects (windows or lighting) near the center of the photo.
- Do not use special effects that distort the image or color (i.e. fish-eye or color-swap).
- Photos taken with a wide angle lens are NOT recommended.
- Higher resolution photos (more than 3 MP) produce the best results.
- Position the cameraA� 4 to 5 feet above the ground when photos are taken.
- Consider where furniture might be placed and do not shoot from those locations when possible.
- JPEG, BMP, TIFF formats are accepted.A� These formats are usually automatically created by digital cameras.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Customer is responsible for determining that the usage of the virtually home staged photos is in accordance with any (and all) applicable rules of any outlet in which the virtually home staged photos are used.
- Customer affirms to Home Staging Visuals Inc. that the photos provided (by Customer or their representative) to be virtually home staged, have not been edited or “re-touched” in any way, and agrees not to edit or “re-touch” the staged photos at any time. Each staged photo will be branded with our web address in the lower right corner.
- The virtually home staged photos shall only be used for the exact property identified on the web-based Virtual Home Staging order form found on www.homestagingvisuals.com.
- Customer holds the rights to the original photos, or has obtained permission from the owners of the photos, and conveys all necessary rights to Home Staging Visuals Inc. to perform its Virtual Home Staging service on the photos, as well as to use the photos in its own marketing efforts.
- Customer is responsible for informing potential buyers and their agents that the photos have been virtually home staged, that they are for presentation and marketing purposes only, and that Home Staging Visuals Inc. makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy of the staged photos, including, but not limited to, furnishings scale, size, shape, color, etc.
- Home Staging Visuals Inc. makes no guarantee or claim regarding the sale or final sale price of any property.
- Home Staging Visuals Inc. will undertake its best efforts to produce a final product similar to that of the images maintained on the Home Staging Gallery Page of our website, however, the quality, style and format of the pictures provided to Home Staging Visuals Inc. will significantly impact the quality of the final product produced.
- Any modifications or re-work to the final product requested by Customer will be billed at an hourly rate of $25/hr.
