TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Customer is responsible for determining that the usage of the home staging consultation and consultation report is in accordance with any and all applicable rules of any outlet in which the home staging consultation is used.
- The home staging consultation and report shall only be used for the exact property identified by Customer on the web-based Home Staging Consultation order form found on www.homestagingvisuals.com.
- The consultation provided to Customer by Home Staging Visuals Inc. as a service cannot be used by any competing home staging business.
- Home Staging Visuals Inc. makes no guarantee or claim regarding the sale or final sale price of any property.
- Home Staging Visuals Inc. will undertake its best efforts to produce a consultation service that will improve the chances of selling a property, however, the results and effectiveness of the service(s) provided to Customer may vary as the sale and final sale price of a property are dependent upon many outside factors (such as the health of the real estate market).
- Home Staging Visuals Inc. makes no guarantee or claim regarding the sale or final sale price of any property.
- The sample budget options provided to Customer by Home Staging Visuals Inc. as a part of the Home Staging Consultation service may vary. Final costs of staging a property may be greater or less than quoted during our consultation due the varying costs of materials and services rendered by contractors (i.e. paint and painters).
- Any modifications or re-work to the final product requested by Customer will be billed at an hourly rate of $75/hr.
